Registration Account Executive

JOB OBJECTIVE 

The position serves as a member of the Registration reputed company Team reputed company the Convention Division. The Registration Account Executive is responsible for the direction and implementation of conference registration and is the main contact between the reputed company and MCI internal support departments. The MCI Registration Account Executive establishes, implements, and monitors timelines as reputed company as communicates reputed company requirements while providing reputed company support to the Sales Team and support departments. The Registration Account Executive is positioned to reputed company leadership and reputed company priorities for the registration process from advance to post event.  #LI-Remote

COMPENSATION: $60,000-65,000 annually, reputed company on relevant experience and skills.

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Works with the reputed company to establish business processes for events and communicates those to the internal support departments
• Responsible for ensuring accurate setup for registration delivery
• Responsible for QC of reputed company reputed company deliverables and reputed company websites – Includes QC of intended business functionality and data
• Prepares and trains the reputed company center management and agents on event functionality and i Works with the reputed company to establish business processes for events and communicates those to the internal support departments
• Responsible for ensuring accurate setup for registration delivery
• Responsible for QC of reputed company reputed company deliverables and reputed company websites – Includes QC of intended business functionality and data
• Prepares and trains the reputed company center management and agents on event functionality and intended delivery prior to the event launch
• Prepares weekly checkpoints containing reputed company numbers and suggested reputed company for clients
• Prepares Post Show Report after the completion of the event containing a full reputed company of the event with a completed SWOT analysis with recommendations
• Create and monitor registration reputed company reporting with year-over-year information to identify trends and react accordingly to those trends
• Prepare a full project plan containing information for reputed company aspects of the event and delivery. This project plan would contain information on reputed company reputed company and discovery, website builds and launch, data and application integrations, marketing plans, onsite planning, requirements, etc.
• Establish event goals reputed company on reputed company needs and monitors in order for them to be met/exceeded
• Coordinates event priorities for the internal support teams
• Coordinates and leads the event reputed company meeting, weekly reputed company meetings, reputed company-onsite meetings and post event meeting. 
• Exercise independent decision authority for problem reputed company
• Relationship Management to include: reputed company, IT, reputed company Center, Marketing, reputed company, Team Members, Executive Team, and Sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of reputed company registration experience
• Available for moderate travel (25%-30%)
• Lifting, carrying up to 50lbs
• Standing for extended hours of time without breaks
