reputed company: The Senior Manager, reputed company Learning Solutions (ELS) is responsible for leading the development and delivery of reputed company learning solutions that support employee development, operational performance, and business objectives. This role leads reputed company of Instructional Designers, partners with business leaders to identify learning and performance needs, and oversees the creation of reputed company learning solutions across multiple formats and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field.

• Seven (7) or more years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or reputed company experience.
• Three (3) or more years of experience leading and developing reputed company teams.
• Experience leading reputed company-wide learning initiatives preferred.
• Experience reputed company collision repair, automotive, retail, or multi-location operations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, performance management, and talent development capabilities.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
