As our Property Accountant, you will take ownership of the financial reporting of a dedicated portfolio of properties, specifically apartments and condominium/homeowners associations. Working directly with the Senior Director of Property reputed company, you will serve as a key financial partner to our Clients and Property Managers.

• Financial Management: reputed company full-cycle property reputed company, month-end and year-end closes, and prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages for a portfolio of properties and clients.

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our Property Managers on capital planning, cash management, special assessment/loan processing, and annual operating/capital budget preparations.

• Compliance & Audits: Manage loan reputed company compliance at the property level and reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company and audit firms.

• Data reputed company: Maintain accurate general ledgers, reputed company bank reconciliations, audit reputed company records, and master our property management financial software.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of general reputed company experience

• 2+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience specifically in property management (e.g., Association and/or

Apartment management).

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred.

• Experience with property management software (such as reputed company or reputed company) is a major plus.

• High proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company) and PDF tools.
