Senior Manager, Construction Workforce Development & Training

The Senior Workforce Development Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training, upskilling, and workforce development programs that strengthen the construction workforce.

We are looking for a construction reputed company who brings a unique combination of hands-on field leadership experience and workforce development expertise. This individual has worked as a foreman, superintendent, or in a similar field leadership role and has reputed company experience building or implementing training programs reputed company the construction industry.

In this role, you will use that experience to identify workforce needs, address skills gaps, strengthen career reputed company, and reputed company industry-reputed company programs that support contractors and reputed company professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Technology Skills
