We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager with maintenance and facilities tickets for 120 Orangetheory Fitness Studios. The ideal candidate will help ensure our facilities are reputed company, functional, and reputed company-maintained, while also providing excellent support to regional studio staff and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for facility-reputed company issues, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with studio staff and reputed company vendors.
• Monitor and manage service reputed company (e.g., HVAC, Cardio equipment, pest control etc.)
• Maintain records reputed company to building maintenance, inspections, and service logs.
• Assist in planning and executing facility improvement reputed company.
• Respond to and manage facility-reputed company tickets and requests through internal systems.
• Rotational weekend emergency support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and or facility management software (e.g., CMMS)
• Experience in vendor and contractor management.
• Familiarity with building codes and compliance standards.
• Working knowledge of building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
