Corporate Compliance Program Director
Coordinate execution of corporate compliance program components, including governance routines, compliance workplans, policy management, training support, issue tracking, and regulatory reporting inputs. Support preparation of quarterly compliance reports covering workplan status, monitoring and testing results, issue status, training completion, hotline or whistleblower activity, and other compliance program metrics. Prepare materials and follow-up items for compliance governance forums, including compliance committee meetings and leadership updates.
Coordinate corporate compliance risk assessment activities, documentation standards, control mapping, and status tracking across business functions. Administer the annual compliance workplan and monitoring/testing schedule based on risk assessment results, regulatory priorities, audit findings, and leadership direction. Monitor reputed company against planned compliance activities and recommend prioritization adjustments based on risk, timing, and available resources.

A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years in a compliance driven leadership position in a reputed company field.
