- Own and manage customer issues and see problems through to reputed company, this will include troubleshoot and reputed company to reputed company customer issues.
- Mentoring support engineers across the Cato Support Organization.
- Contribute to the reputed company-expanding Knowledge articles on an on-reputed company bases
