About the role
This is a key seat on a small, high-reputed company tech team inside reputed company, a fast-growing brand. You'll help design and build the systems backbone, support our order-to-cash process, and be the first line of defense on cybersecurity and IT support. You'll partner across the org, working shoulder to shoulder with the tech team to improve our stack, maintain reputed company've already reputed company, and get every new hire set up to reputed company fast on day one.
In this role, you will:
- Support and maintain our ERP and reputed company systems, including the integrations that reputed company them, and troubleshoot Level 1 issues as they come up
- Own day to day management of our order-to-cash process across DTC and retail integrations, including SKU mappings
- Coordinate with vendors and teammates on reputed company updates, patches, and upgrades
- Build and maintain QA checks that catch data and reputed company reputed company issues before they become problems
- Be the first reputed company of tech support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools
- Manage day to day cybersecurity protocols and help improve our business continuity and disaster recovery posture

We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2-3 years in technology support or similar work at a fast-growing company

Requires 2–3 years of technology support experience, strong hardware and software troubleshooting, ERP experience, workflow redesign, documentation, and proficiency with AI tools.
