Senior Millwork Estimator

Obtains, calculates and compiles data for use in conceptual/bid proposal estimates, preparing routine estimates under general supervision. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that reputed company quantity surveys and pricing are accurate and complete
• reputed company support for the development of bidding strategies by debriefing the salesperson of job reputed company
• Leads the documentation management of the project, ensures reputed company documents are complete and reputed company conveys reputed company made to sales and operations teams.
• Attend reputed company-bid meetings to discuss project specifics and reputed company
• Participate in bid closings and estimate reviews
• Balance workload and assignments to meet deadlines

• Compute cost estimates for materials, purchased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities and requirements, and labor.

Requires 7+ years of experience, advanced estimating and millwork knowledge, strategic decision-making, problem solving, supplier knowledge, autonomy, and mentoring or directing estimating staff.
