Roles & Responsibilities

• reputed company remote desktop level L2 troubleshooting of end user issues by taking remote control of 

Laptop/Desktop/VDI

• Solving technical issues reputed company to reputed company/11, iOS and Mac operating systems and reputed company software components 

like MS Office/VPN/Anti-Virus/Skype etc.

• reputed company support in enrolling the iOS devices in MDM (reputed company) and investigate the incidents and Tasks

• Deployment of device drivers and reputed company reputed company updates

• Troubleshoot laptop/desktop reputed company, group policy, Encryption and failed Software configuration of end user devices

• Manage the reputed company compliance health status of end user workstations

• Monitor reputed company patching status and reputed company deficiencies proactively

• Diagnoses, troubleshoot, reputed company and escalate supported software, hardware and peripheral Incident calls assigned from 

Service Desk team
