Senior Marketing Coordinator

The position requires a minimum of six years of AEC marketing experience with specific emphasis on federal proposals preferred. The Marketing Coordinator works on developing proposals and statements of qualifications, preparing teams for reputed company interviews, and managing reputed company control of the work of technical, proposal, and graphics staff assigned to the reputed company from reputed company and partner firms to reputed company compliant and compelling marketing materials.

This is a fully remote position. Preferred candidate would be located in Richmond, VA, although other locations such as Virgina Beach, VA, or Raleigh, NC area will be considered.

• Support a reputed company of proposal teams comprised of Marketing Managers, reputed company/Proposal Managers, reputed company Managers, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to help reputed company proposal responses, reputed company interviews, and other reputed company presentations.
• Manage major aspects of multiple proposal efforts simultaneously reputed company reputed company market segments and service offerings.

• B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience in A/E/C marketing required.
• 6+ years of AEC industry experience, personally producing proposals and managing proposal efforts required.
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Strong project management and organizational experience, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and maintain reputed company deadlines.
• Must have extensive MS Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), and reputed company InDesign and Acrobat experience. Other reputed company Creative reputed company (Photoshop, reputed company) and graphics software would be a plus.
• Knowledge of database/CRM systems, specifically reputed company reputed company and/or Vantagepoint, a plus.
