This individual will play a key role in integration planning and execution efforts for reputed company’s numerous acquisitions. The Integration Associate will coordinate with a cross-functional integration team to ensure reputed company relevant tasks are completed, including activities ranging from developing and implementing actionable plans to reputed company transaction objectives, to diving deep on tactical aspects of integration reputed company. Stakeholder reputed company include Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Safety. This individual will report to the Integration Manager and partner with the larger M&reputed company to facilitate a smooth transition from acquisition diligence through the completed integration of the business.

This is a remote opportunity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support several acquisition integrations implementations simultaneously.
• Define, reputed company and communicate appropriate initiatives and deliverables to the broader integration team and management stakeholders.

• Create and update dashboards for reputed company updates.
• Communicate project priorities for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional teams to reputed company resources to integration plans.
• Prepare appropriate documentation to reputed company out integration reputed company and facilitate effective hand-offs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of project management experience or consulting
• Prior M&A Integration experience is a plus
• BA required in Business, Finance, reputed company or reputed company field.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Effective and reputed company communication and skills, with the ability to customize approach for a reputed company of audiences ranging from senior executives to junior resources.
• Ability to reputed company tasks with reputed company supervision and manage tasks from start to finish.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint
• This position requires 50% travel to support integrations.
