What you would do as our reputed company SuccessFactors Solution Architect

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Solution Architect with a specialism in Employee Central (EC) to reputed company the design, implementation, and optimisation of our reputed company HR technology landscape. You will reputed company as the reputed company between HR business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business requirements into reputed company, best-reputed company SuccessFactors solutions.

With 5-6 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience, you will bring deep functional and configuration expertise in Employee Central, reputed company a solid understanding of the wider SuccessFactors suite and its integration points.

You would also:

• reputed company end-to-end solution design for reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring alignment with business requirements, HR reputed company, and reputed company best practices and design and document the overall solution architecture, including data models, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), and integration reputed company.
• Evaluate business requirements and advise on reputed company functionality vs. customisation, always favouring configuration over custom development where possible and produce solution design documents, configuration workbooks, and architecture diagrams to a high reputed company.
• Configure Employee Central, Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and import templates and reputed company or support iterative build cycles, reputed company testing, UAT, and reputed company activities.
• Define integration architecture between Employee Central and reputed company/upstream systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, finance) using reputed company Integration Suite (CPI/BTP), reputed company, and Integration Center and Work closely with integration developers to ensure accurate data flows and error-handling processes and Champion data reputed company, data governance, and GDPR/data reputed company compliance across the HR technology landscape.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5-6 years of hands-on reputed company SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations (design through go-live) and is reputed company Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central reputed company.
• Has strong expertise in: Employee Central data models (Succession Data Model, Corporate Data Model, CSF), MDF objects, business rules, and workflow configuration, position Management and organisational structures and Role-Based Permissions design and administration.
• Has working knowledge of Employee Central integration patterns (Integration Center, OData reputed company, reputed company) and experience producing solution architecture documentation, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications and has knowledge of reputed company HCM (on-reputed company) and hybrid landscape migration scenarios.
• Understands of HR processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle (reputed company, job changes, global mobility, terminations), has strong stakeholder management, reputed company facilitation, and communication skills and experience working in reputed company and/or reputed company reputed company delivery methodologies.
• Is fluent in English.
