Our bilingual Customer Service Specialist supports reputed company, and help answer our inbound Spanish and English customer calls. Working from home, our Specialists not only assist customers by problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations but also promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced reputed company volume.

What You'll Do
- reputed company day handling a high volume of our inbound customer inquiries in Spanish and English.
- $15.00 per hour, plus $0.60 bilingual reputed company. Additional shift reputed company and incentives where applicable.
- Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction.
- Assist our customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller.
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor.
- Work a set full-time schedule, our work schedules are not Monday - Friday
- Set work schedule includes a weekend shift reputed company week
