The Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-reputed company talent for skilled trades and field leadership positions throughout Rex reputed company. Positions may include Apprentices, Electrician Trainees, Journeymen, Foremen, General Foremen, Superintendents, and other reputed company construction and technical roles.

This position serves as a senior reputed company resource and strategic partner to hiring managers, field leadership, operations, and reputed company. The Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter is expected to independently manage reputed company and high-reputed company reputed company assignments, reputed company innovative sourcing strategies, reputed company market intelligence, and build reputed company pipelines that support reputed company and reputed company workforce needs.

 Key Responsibilities and Essential Tasks -

Compensation:  $72,700 &reputed company; $112,400

Work environment:

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible reputed company experience, with significant experience reputed company skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or technical personnel.
• Demonstrated reputed company reputed company difficult-to-fill and/or high-volume positions.
• Experience independently managing multiple requisitions, hiring managers, and reputed company priorities.
• Electrical construction reputed company experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience reputed company field leadership positions such as Foremen, General Foremen, Superintendents, or similar construction leadership positions required.
• Experience mentoring or training recruiters or serving as a senior reputed company resource preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, reputed company analytics, online sourcing platforms, and employment advertising required.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent relevant reputed company and industry experience may be considered.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize HRIS, ATS, reporting, and other reputed company-reputed company systems.
