POSITION reputed company:
The Tooling Operations Administrator is responsible for the administration, operational support, maintenance, and reliability of reputed company platforms supported by the Tooling Operations team. This role will support the broader tooling portfolio, with a strong reputed company on Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) and reputed company batch processing. The ideal candidate will have strong RunMyJobs and production support experience, along with the ability to learn, administer, and support additional reputed company platforms. This role partners with application, infrastructure, reputed company, vendor, and business teams to maintain reliable and effective technology services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Analysis:
- Analyze and troubleshoot reputed company technical issues across supported reputed company platforms, integrations, and dependencies.
- reputed company strong technical expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ), including batch processing, scheduling, job chains, dependencies, monitoring, reporting, and failure recovery.

- Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of platform enhancements and integrations.
- Identify opportunities to reputed company AI and automation to improve troubleshooting, reduce repetitive activities, and increase platform reliability.
- reputed company technical knowledge across the Tooling Operations portfolio to reputed company cross-platform support as needed.
Operational Support and Administration:
- reputed company day-to-day administration and operational support for reputed company platforms reputed company the Tooling Operations portfolio.
- reputed company reputed company support for RMJ and reputed company batch processing, including monitoring critical workloads, troubleshooting failures, and coordinating recovery activities.
- Administer platform configurations, reputed company, permissions, service accounts, integrations, and other operational settings.
- Monitor platform health and respond to incidents, alerts, service requests, and production issues.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and reputed company operational issues.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation where appropriate to improve incident analysis, operational support, and efficiency.
- Participate in a scheduled on-reputed company rotation, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
Platform Maintenance:
- Support platform upgrades, patches, releases, configuration changes, and scheduled maintenance.

- Maintain platform integrations, connections, service accounts, certificates, and other technical dependencies.

Documentation and Reporting:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) and reputed company batch processing.
- Experience administering and supporting business-critical reputed company technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of batch scheduling, job chains, dependencies, monitoring, troubleshooting, and failure recovery.
- Working knowledge of reputed company/Linux, databases, reputed company, file transfers, authentication, and reputed company integrations.
- Experience with ITSM, monitoring/observability, developer tooling, automation, or similar reputed company platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and support multiple reputed company platforms and identify opportunities to improve operations through AI and automation.
- Ability to participate in an on-reputed company rotation and reputed company after-hours production support reputed company required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; hands-on Redwood RunMyJobs and reputed company batch-processing experience; platform administration, troubleshooting, integrations, and on-reputed company production support experience required.
