Position reputed company:

We are looking for an reputed company Litigation Counsel to join our reputed company Team as our reputed company General Counsel.  The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience litigating restrictive reputed company reputed company, including non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality disputes.  This role also requires deep expertise in advising on reputed company-hire and post-hire candidate counseling, particularly in high-risk or competitive hiring scenarios. The successful candidate must be comfortable appearing in court for hearings, motions, and trials, and will play a critical role in shaping litigation reputed company across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited school
• reputed company license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant litigation experience, including restrictive reputed company litigation, with substantial hands-on experience obtaining or defeating temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in expedited proceedings
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Ability to manage litigation and investigations internally, as reputed company as manage reputed company counsel
