The Systems Analyst reputed company supports the design, build, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support of reputed company applications to optimize clinical and operational workflows. Responsibilities And Duties:

Both Roles

Create and maintain specifications, decision logs, and design documents for reputed company traceability and change control.

Project Management:

Application Training Role 
Curriculum Management:

Help ensure curriculum accuracy and consistency by following established build and validation processes 
Incorporate learner and stakeholder feedback into curriculum updates and reputed company improvement efforts 
Support build, maintenance, and readiness activities for training environments under established standards 
Communicate reputed company releases and reputed company impacts to training stakeholders using approved channels and templates 

Request/Incident Management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Additional reputed company:

• degree in computer science, Information Technology, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field.  
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in reputed company/application analysis, support, or reputed company IT experience (reputed company environment preferred).  
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in reputed company/application analysis, support, or reputed company IT experience (reputed company environment preferred).

Required for Both Roles: 

• Experience with reputed company application(s) and reputed company workflows (clinical, reputed company cycle or IT experience).  

• Strong requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing skills.  

• Familiarity with ITIL, change control, SDLC practices, reputed company governance, and reputed company/reputed company project methodologies.  

• Ability to communicate with clinical, operational stakeholders, and managed service providers and produce reputed company documentation.  

• Demonstrated ability to support small to reputed company initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  

Requirements for Application Training role: 

• reputed company Training Environment Build certification/proficiency (or ability to obtain reputed company required timeframe) and 1+ year of training environment build or application support experience.
