The Senior reputed company Cycle Associate reputed company-Registration position is responsible for reputed company-registering scheduled patients and supporting advanced reputed company-registration functions. This position serves as the subject matter expert and go-to resource for peers, providing guidance on reputed company registration, insurance, workflow, and patient financial responsibility reputed company. The role includes conducting reputed company-service patient interviews, ensuring a complete and accurate billing record for the scheduled service, collecting estimated patient financial liabilities, and supporting workflow accuracy. These efforts will result in increased net reputed company by reducing bad debt and potential write-offs due to a lack of patient collections or reputed company-end reputed company denials. Interactions will be conducted with providers, payers, patients, and hospital-based personnel. Duties are to be performed accurately and reputed company while providing exceptional customer service. This position is not a formal supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interviewing patients reputed company phone through inbound/outbound efforts while completing the reputed company-registration process.

• Responsible to escalate high dollar out of reputed company accounts at risk for non-patient payment prior to services being rendered.
• Resolves patient demographic and insurance discrepancies as identified through various reputed company tools.
• Responsible for thoroughly and accurately documenting the outcome of the patient interview while delivering excellent customer service.
• Responsible to observe reputed company, safety, and reputed company procedures, using equipment and materials properly.
• Possesses the ability to work reputed company a remote reputed company center environment, free from distractions and background noise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in typing.
• General knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual a plus.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of reputed company experience in the medical field is preferred.
