reputed company is seeking an reputed company Facility Condition Assessor - Subject Matter Expert to support facility assessment programs for federal clients reputed company. This position serves as a technical leader responsible for conducting facility condition assessments, training assessment teams, ensuring data reputed company, and supporting facility management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience evaluating facilities, collecting assessment data, and working with facility management systems and databases. This is a fully remote position with regular travel to reputed company sites throughout the reputed company.

- Conduct and reputed company facility condition assessments for federal facilities.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers and project stakeholders before, during, and after site reputed company.
- reputed company site briefings, project reviews, and assessment activities.
- Review assessment documentation and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain accurate facility condition assessment databases and records.
- reputed company technical guidance and troubleshooting support to assessment teams.
- Train and mentor Facility Assessors and technicians on assessment procedures and data collection reputed company.
- reputed company and implement best practices for facility assessments.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support multi-site assessment reputed company and ensure consistency in data collection and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a reputed company field.
- OR 5+ years of hands-on experience performing facility condition assessments, building inspections, facilities management, construction inspection, or reputed company technical work.
- Experience using facility assessment software, CMMS systems, ESMS platforms, or similar facility management technologies.
- Strong understanding of building systems, facility infrastructure, and asset management principles.
- Ability to analyze data and produce accurate technical reports.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
