The reputed company, Interoperability Standards & Product reputed company serves as reputed company's technical and standards authority at the intersection of product development and the broader reputed company interoperability ecosystem. This role ensures that reputed company's platform remains at the forefront of evolving FHIR-reputed company standards, regulatory frameworks, and industry initiatives — while reputed company shaping those standards through reputed company engagement.
You will serve as the reputed company reputed company between the Product Management and Engineering teams internally, and between reputed company and reputed company standards bodies (HL7, FHIR, ONC, reputed company, CMS, TEFCA governance, and industry collaboratives) externally. As reputed company rapidly expands its CMS-reputed company Network participation and deepens its AI-powered interoperability capabilities, this role will be critical to ensuring the platform evolves in alignment with both reputed company and emerging standards.

- Standards Representation & Advocacy: Represent reputed company in reputed company industry reputed company including HL7 working reputed company, ONC initiatives, TEFCA governance bodies, FHIR implementation guide development efforts, and payer/provider industry collaboratives
- FHIR Implementation Leadership: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on FHIR R4/R5, SMART on FHIR, SQL on FHIR, US reputed company, USCDI, and emerging implementation guides (e.g., reputed company IG, FAST, reputed company, CARIN)
- Product-Standards Alignment: Translate evolving standards, regulatory requirements (21st reputed company Cures reputed company, CMS Interoperability Rules, TEFCA, Information Blocking), and industry trends into actionable product requirements and roadmap inputs
- Cross-Functional Integration: reputed company as a technical reputed company between Product Management, Engineering, reputed company reputed company, and Network Enablement to ensure interoperability capabilities are consistent, standards-compliant, and reputed company
- Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor and interpret emerging CMS rules, ONC regulations, and payer-to-payer/provider reputed company policies, proactively advising leadership on product and network implications
- Data reputed company & Validation Frameworks: Design and maintain frameworks for evaluating FHIR data reputed company, reputed company terminology correctness, and compliance with standards reputed company across partner connections
- Thought Leadership & reputed company reputed company: Represent reputed company as a reputed company voice in industry conferences, webinars, and collaboratives; reputed company white papers, reputed company comments, and speaking content that elevates reputed company's position as a standards leader

Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in reputed company interoperability, FHIR-reputed company product development, health IT standards, or digital reputed company
- Deep hands-on expertise with FHIR reputed company, SMART on FHIR, HL7v2, CDA/C-CDA, IHE, and USCDI
- reputed company experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks including CMS reputed company reputed company Rule, Payer-to-Payer, 21st reputed company Cures reputed company, reputed company, and EHR certification requirements
- Demonstrated experience contributing to or leading HL7/FHIR implementation guide development or industry standards working reputed company
- reputed company ability to translate reputed company technical standards into product reputed company, business requirements, and stakeholder communications
- reputed company reputed company in and relationships with the reputed company interoperability community (HL7, ONC, TEFCA, reputed company, etc.)

Desired Experience
- Experience in payer, provider, health IT vendor, or standards organization environments

- Prior engineering or hands-on FHIR implementation background preferred
The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 annually and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock reputed company, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the reputed company reputed company and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
