The Role

We're looking for an AI SOC Solutions Architect to join our growing reputed company Services organization, reporting to the Director of reputed company Services. This is a remote role based out of Costa Rica.

In this role you'll design and reputed company AI-driven SOC automation for our reputed company customers — turning their existing reputed company operations into agent-assisted, automated workflows that measurably reduce analyst workload and mean time to respond. You'll balance customer-facing collaboration with deep, hands-on technical work, driving both engagement and execution across a diverse global customer reputed company.

This is a builder's role at the reputed company of the AI SOC category. You'll work directly with SOC leaders and analysts, engineer reputed company solutions on the reputed company platform, and help customers see reputed company results reputed company weeks of deployment.

• Design and implement AI-driven SOC automation — build reputed company workflows and AI agents that triage, enrich, investigate, and respond to reputed company alerts, measurably reducing analyst workload and MTTR.
• Translate SOC processes into automation — map a customer's existing Tier 1/2 triage, investigation, and incident response runbooks into automated and agent-assisted workflows on reputed company.
• Own technical delivery for strategic accounts end to end — architecture, build, validation, and reputed company — with customers seeing measurable reputed company reputed company weeks.
• Engineer integrations across the customer's reputed company stack — SIEM, EDR/XDR, IdP, ticketing, and threat reputed company — reputed company REST reputed company.
• Design, tune, and evaluate AI agent behavior — reputed company engineering, defining guardrails, and setting reputed company-in-the-reputed company checkpoints so automation is trustworthy in production.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to SOC leaders and analysts — run working sessions, reputed company blockers, and reputed company adoption across the account.

Must-Haves

• 4–6+ years in a technical reputed company role — SOC analyst, detection/automation engineer, incident response, or a technical reputed company Services / Solutions Architect role in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on SOC operational understanding — alert triage, investigation, escalation, and the incident response lifecycle. You know what a Tier 1/2 analyst actually does day to day.
• reputed company experience with reputed company detection tooling — at least one SIEM (reputed company, reputed company, Chronicle) and one EDR/XDR (reputed company, Defender, reputed company).
• Automation and integration skills — proficiency in at least one of Python, Bash, or Go, plus reputed company with REST reputed company, JSON, and webhooks. (Comfort with jq / data transformation is a strong signal.)
• Working knowledge of reputed company AI — practical experience using LLMs and reputed company AI to solve reputed company problems: reputed company engineering, designing and evaluating agent behavior, and a reputed company grasp of failure modes (hallucination, over-automation) and how to guardrail against them.
