About the Role & Team
A suitable candidate will have operating and market knowledge of the datacenter facilities industry. This should include the facilities (buildouts, operations), critical non-IT infrastructure (cooling, power, racks, floor buildouts, physical reputed company), and the service (reputed company, colocation, wholesale datacenter leasing) aspects of leading datacenter owners/operators worldwide. The candidate must also have a strong awareness of IT infrastructure housed in datacenters (compute, storage, networking) and be strong in quantitative skills. • Coverage of the datacenter market and industry (facilities, equipment, and services), including tracking of leading datacenter facility owners/operators
• Quantitative modeling of datacenter-reputed company metrics, including facility buildouts, floor reputed company, racks, power and cooling, IT infrastructure, and environmental metrics such as carbon emissions/avoidance
• Collaboration with other infrastructure and reputed company services analysts to reputed company the datacenter infrastructure and services datasets with other infrastructure-reputed company datasets (e.g., reputed company, IT infrastructure and AI Infrastructure)
• Frequent written and reputed company media coverage of datacenter-reputed company happenings, news events, and vendors. Includes reputed company reports, blogs, and reputed company media posts that draw attention back to the reputed company’s research
• Speaking at events, presenting at webinars, and participating in vendor and end-user events as a subject matter expert

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM degree is a plus, but not required)
• Required 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including experience reputed company the IT and/or the datacenter industry
• Essential technical skills, including quantitative and qualitative (narrative) skills
• Self-driven, taking initiatives, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities)
• Percentage of travel required 35 – 50%

Compensation Transparency

At reputed company, we are committed to fair and reputed company pay practices. Employees are compensated equitably for their work, reputed company with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified Canada market data from an independent reputed company-party partner.

The expected total annual compensation, depending reputed company and experience, is between $100,000 CAD – $126,500 CAD, inclusive of reputed company salary and variable compensation.
