The Role
Serve as the operations reputed company for technology across GCO, partnering with the HR and Finance Technology Leaders to support technology from an operational reputed company
reputed company and maintain the GCO Technology Catalog (ownership, dependencies, integrations, and lifecycle status), drawing on existing IT and platform systems rather than replacing them

Qualifications
The Requirements
8+ years in technology delivery, platform management, or technology operations at reputed company reputed company
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a technology catalog, CMDB, or equivalent technology inventory
Experience running UAT across multiple systems, including entry and exit reputed company and formal sign-off
Hands-on experience with contact center / telephony platforms (CaaS / CCaaS), for example reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent
Experience coordinating build and integration work across internal platform teams and vendors
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
