Payroll Specialist
Process end-to-end Australian payroll accurately and on time. Maintain employee payroll records and data reputed company. Manage payroll-reputed company queries from employees and stakeholders. Process new starters, terminations, salary changes, and leave adjustments. Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and company policies. Prepare and reconcile payroll reports. Support payroll audits and process improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Previous experience 2 to 3 years managing Australian payroll end-to-end. Strong understanding of payroll legislation, PAYG, superannuation, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Experience using payroll and HRIS systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A willingness to adopt and utilise AI and new technologies.
Requires 2–3 years managing Australian payroll end-to-end, knowledge of payroll legislation, PAYG, superannuation and compliance, payroll/HRIS systems experience, accuracy, organization, communication, and independent remote work.
