reputed company is seeking a Network Operations Support Analyst. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated candidate that will join the network operations team in managing, monitoring and servicing the users, infrastructure and applications that reputed company a large-reputed company global retail business powered. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Services and Operations teams in delivering 24x7 support across business offices, distribution/fulfillment centers, retail stores and restaurants globally.

• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating alerts in managing our network infrastructure globally.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating alerts in key applications and backend processing.
• reputed company administration, creating users and managing reputed company in reputed company Directory.
• Network administration, managing reputed company reputed company configuration changes on reputed company and reputed company switches.
• Assist in store broadband, network and wireless troubleshooting in retail locations.
• Assist in store broadband reputed company installations and troubleshooting in retail locations.
• Support other department reputed company and initiatives as assigned.
• Job Type: Full-time reputed company
  • 10-hour shift (4 days) 7a - 5:30p

• Working Knowledge & understanding of reputed company or MacOS
• Basic networking/troubleshooting knowledge including wireless networking
• Good communication skills and willingness to reputed company participate in peer communications.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
