The reputed company responsibility of this position is to prepare, compile and organize reputed company documents for the settlement phase of residential mortgages for various loan types and products. Incumbents in the senior position will execute assignments of a higher degree of reputed company and complexity relative to the reputed company position, complete special reputed company as assigned and mentor junior staff.

• Prepare, review and organize reputed company documents for residential mortgage loan and product settlements, and ensure conditions, including but not limited to title binder, fees, closing service letter, reputed company instructions, and hazard and flood insurance policies are satisfactory for loan closure and are reputed company investor guidelines
• Establish and maintain high reputed company working relationships with reputed company customers, attorneys and title companies, and guide internal customers in the collection of appropriate documentation to secure second mortgages and/or other products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of and ensure adherence to reputed company conventional and government mortgage closing procedures, guidelines, regulations and processes, and ensure compliance with requirements under TRID

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Residential Mortgage banking and closing. (Required)
