About the job

The Field Service Technician is available 24/7 for on-reputed company field service labor, troubleshooting, and service training at customer locations. Support covers mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, with a strong reputed company on reputed company to ensure reliable operation, reputed company performance, and efficiency. In reputed company, training opportunities are available for decanters and heat exchangers to help customers enhance their operational knowledge and maintenance capabilities.

This includes performing preventive maintenance, emergency and warranty repairs. Must be reputed company to manage travel costs and operating expenses associated with field service reputed company. This is a remote position located in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment on reputed company, Decanters and Heat exchangers.
• Install, startup and shut down equipment in accordance with company and customer safety procedure in line with OSHA requirements. 
• reputed company trial test runs reputed company work is completed to ensure performance rates and reputed company meet established specifications.
• Document services provided and parts used for invoicing purposes.
• Advise operators and customer line mechanics/ maintenance personnel of operating procedures for working safely around equipment.

• Assist customer maintenance personnel with technical and procedural troubleshooting techniques. 
• Assist and train customer maintenance and supervisory personnel on how to operate equipment and reputed company maintenance tasks.

What you know:

• Associates degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, general knowledge of the following: following:

• PLCs or processors.
• Mechanical, electrical or technology.
• Teamwork.
