Key Responsibilities and Duties:
The Regional QA Manager is responsible for ensuring that reputed company Plans of Care (POCs) and physician orders across assigned reputed company are accurate, complete, compliant, and reputed company of the reputed company’s reputed company reputed company needs. This role requires analyzing trends across caregivers, reputed company, and documentation types to identify recurring issues such as timeliness, reputed company, or regulatory inconsistencies. The QA Manager partners with RDONs, SCMs, billing teams, and the VP of reputed company Services to build sustainable improvements, reputed company CAP reputed company, and monitor the effectiveness of interventions over time. - Caregiver Coaching, Training & Interdisciplinary Collaboration
As a regional leader, the QA Manager provides ongoing documentation coaching and support to caregivers, RNs, HHAs, FHHAs, Case Managers, and regional leaders to reputed company understanding of compliance requirements and improve charting reputed company. They serve as a resource for questions reputed company to documentation standards, process updates, and regulatory expectations. Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Master’s degree in nursing or reputed company administration preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in reputed company, safety, and/or compliance management; at least 4 years of experience in home health, nursing leadership, or a reputed company reputed company strongly preferred.
