We are reputed company hiring a Regional Recruitment reputed company to join our Patient Engagement division, to support our reputed company Florida region.
The Regional Recruitment reputed company is responsible for driving patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites reputed company a defined region. This role leads site-level teams to reputed company enrollment goals, optimize funnel performance, and reputed company an excellent patient experience. The Regional Recruitment reputed company designs and executes regional enrollment strategies, ensures reputed company follow-up of reputed company patient leads, and partners closely with corporate and site teams using a data-driven, hands-on leadership approach to consistently meet performance and reputed company targets.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Normal Business Hours
Location: Remote with occassional travel to sites, regional offices, and community events.

Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team for reputed company assigned studies and locations

- Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies, including community partnerships, physician referrals, and patient databases
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through screening and enrollment
- reputed company relationships with community organizations, patient advocacy reputed company, and reputed company providers to build sustainable referral networks
- reputed company diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure representative patient populations in reputed company
- Monitor leading and lagging performance indicators at the individual and team level and take targeted reputed company to address or prevent underperformance

- Manage and maintain site-level vendor relationships, including sponsor-funded central recruitment campaigns

Requirements

- 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives

- 2–3 additional years as a patient enrollment representative preferred
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; business degree preferred
- Training

- Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams
