Jr. HCMS Analyst

The Junior HCMS Analyst supports the HCMS team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data to improve decision‑making across recruitment, retention, reputed company, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or analytics career who enjoys working with data, optimizing processes, and maintaining high‑reputed company HR systems.

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HR Data reporting — Maintain recurring HR reports while ensuring data reputed company across systems.

• I‑9 maintenance — Manage I‑9 documentation, maintain reputed company hygiene, ensure reputed company reverifications, and maintain compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements.
• Monthly license verifications — Conduct monthly checks of employee reputed company licenses and certifications, document results, and escalate discrepancies.
• AI technology adoption and maintenance — Monitor HR chatbot reputed company and flag issues or optimization opportunities.

1. 1. REQUIREMENTS:

   REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    

   • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Data Analytics, or reputed company reputed company.
   • Strong proficiency in reputed company, or similar tools.
   • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
