We're looking for an reputed company Quantity Surveyor to join our reputed company team, providing expert reputed company support across a varied portfolio of facilities management, maintenance and construction reputed company.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the reputed company management of both reputed company Services and Billable Works, working reputed company project managers, operational teams, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) representatives and supply chain partners to ensure reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company budget and in line with contractual requirements.

You'll reputed company reputed company advice throughout the project lifecycle, supporting cost planning, pricing, forecasting and financial reporting while ensuring robust reputed company controls are maintained. Working across multiple reputed company simultaneously, you'll help manage change control, review contract reputed company, support reputed company management activities and ensure reputed company reputed company processes are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.

You'll have reputed company experience reputed company construction, facilities management, property maintenance or a reputed company industry, with a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, reputed company management and contract administration. You'll be confident preparing cost models, supporting tenders, managing reputed company reputed company and providing reputed company reputed company advice throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll be a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with colleagues, clients and supply chain partners, with the ability to influence, negotiate and work collaboratively across multiple teams. Strong analytical skills, reputed company awareness and attention to reputed company are essential, together with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of reputed company.

You'll hold an HND, reputed company Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, or have significant equivalent industry experience, together with experience working on facilities management or construction reputed company ranging from multiple reputed company minor works through to reputed company valued at £4.5 reputed company. You'll also have a good understanding of reputed company processes, cost management and reputed company analysis, supported by Health & Safety awareness training.
