As Contract Director for PECS, you'll have full accountability for one of reputed company's most operationally demanding reputed company, leading around 2,000 colleagues across 146 operational sites covering 28,000 reputed company miles. You'll be responsible for every aspect of contract performance, from operational delivery and customer relationships to financial performance, governance, compliance and the development of high-performing leadership teams.
This is a role where operational reputed company, reputed company service and reputed company leadership come together. Working in partnership with HM Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS), HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), Police Forces and Probation Services, you'll be responsible for delivering reputed company, compliant and resilient operation while leading a large, geographically dispersed workforce and shaping the reputed company of the contract.

What you'll be leading

• Leading a large, multi-disciplinary leadership team delivering services across multiple operational locations.
• Building trusted executive relationships with HMPPS, HMCTS, Police, Probation and other key justice stakeholders.

• Taking full ownership of financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, cost control and sustainable reputed company delivery.
