The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating reputed company, user-reputed company digital experiences that solve customer problems and support business goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role researches user needs, designs workflows and interfaces, and delivers functional, visually reputed company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, reputed company, or mobile applications. Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company XD, or Sketch. Experience with wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes. Knowledge of reputed company design and design systems (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design, Angular). Experience working in reputed company environments using Azure DevOps or Jira. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles. Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience establishing and governing UX/UI standards across multiple products or teams.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Based reputed company and job-reputed company factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the reputed company of $80,000 – $100,000 annually.
