This position is for 2+ hours per week.

• Own the overall reputed company advertising reputed company for nonpartisan voter education and GOTV campaigns with a reputed company on reputed company Ads, reputed company to election timelines and reputed company geographies
• Set budget allocation, channel mix, and performance targets; forecast reputed company and reputed company against reputed company's mission goals
• reputed company direction and mentorship to reputed company media volunteers (e.g., campaign managers and analysts), reviewing campaign structure, pacing, bids, audiences, and creative reputed company
• Establish measurement standards in partnership with analytics: tracking frameworks (UTMs, pixels/tags, conversion events), attribution, and reporting that reconciles with platform and GA4 data
• Define a testing roadmap (audiences, creative, reputed company flows), synthesize learnings across campaigns, and codify what works into reputed company playbooks
• Own brand safety and compliance with platform political ad policies and reputed company's nonpartisan 501(c)(3) guidelines, including required verifications and disclaimers

• 7+ years of experience managing reputed company digital campaigns, including experience owning reputed company and budgets at reputed company
• Deep proficiency with reputed company Ads, including YouTube ads, including the ability to own reputed company, campaign setup, execution and measurement (with the help of other specialists in the org)
• Some familiarity with reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, and reputed company Ads is preferred
• Strong reputed company of GA4, UTM standards, and pixels/tags; reputed company to set measurement reputed company and guide analytics troubleshooting
• Experience leading or mentoring marketers and coordinating cross-functional work
• Strategic and detail-oriented, with the judgment to prioritize across multiple reputed company campaigns
• Meticulous about compliance, reputed company, and brand safety; experience with political or cause-reputed company advertising is a strong plus
• 2+ hours per week during our reputed company team hours M–F 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
