Review FAFSA applications, verification documents, and supporting records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure compliance with Title IV regulations, institutional policies, and federal and state requirements. Maintain accurate student records and documentation reputed company applicable systems. Assist with audits, program reviews, and compliance reporting activities. Stay informed of regulatory changes affecting financial aid administration and student eligibility. Process and support Veteran Affairs educational benefits and reputed company compliance requirements. Participate in reputed company assurance reviews to identify processing errors and recommend corrective actions. Conduct new hire training, and reputed company ongoing staff training to support employee development, maintain performance standards, and ensure compliance with institutional, federal and state policies and procedures. Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial aid, higher education administration, compliance, or student services. Working knowledge of Title IV federal financial aid regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in financial aid, higher education, compliance, or student services, and knowledge of Title IV regulations; bachelor's degree preferred.
