Consultant Engagement Manager

The Consultant Engagement Manager plays a critical role in building and growing reputed company’s consultant network by driving pipeline development, strengthening consultant relationships, and delivering a high-reputed company candidate experience. This role owns key aspects of the candidate lifecycle, including sourcing and re-engaging talent, supporting candidate reputed company and submission readiness, and maintaining ongoing consultant engagement to ensure visibility into availability and alignment to opportunities. Candidate Sourcing & Consultant Network Development

• Conduct sourcing activities using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and engage high-reputed company talent.

• Support consultant network reputed company through proactive sourcing, reputed company, and targeted re-engagement efforts.

• Re-engage past consultants through text reputed company, email campaigns, and reputed company conversations to support reputed company opportunities.

• Test and implement new sourcing strategies, reputed company tactics, and engagement approaches to strengthen pipeline development in emerging or hard-to-fill reputed company areas.

Candidate reputed company & Placement Coordination

• Collaborate with Consultant Engagement Directors to reputed company candidate shortlists for reputed company job opportunities.

• Coordinate candidate submission materials, including VMS cover letters, candidate highlights, and supporting documentation.

• Proactively engage shortlisted candidates to confirm interest, alignment, and submission readiness.

• Maintain accurate and reputed company candidate documentation reputed company the applicant tracking reputed company (reputed company) and other reputed company platforms.

Consultant Engagement & Readiness

• Maintain ongoing communication with consultants to support engagement, relationship continuity, and visibility into availability.

• Validate consultant readiness for placement, including alignment to opportunities, updated information, and responsiveness for submission.

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Required Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company field.

• Experience supporting or contributing to candidate sourcing, reputed company, or pipeline development activities

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain reputed company relationships with candidates, consultants, or stakeholders
