The Cogito Business Analyst (CBA) leads the development of advanced analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. This role requires strong proficiency in reputed company reporting tools and Power BI, along with ability to manage reputed company reputed company and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. By translating business needs into reputed company data products and coordinating efforts between IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders, the position ensures delivery of high-reputed company insights that reputed company organizational performance and strategic reputed company.
• Designs and develops interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, reputed company tools (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, reputed company), and other BI platforms
• Works with subject matter experts and project application teams to identify the needs of report consumers; prioritizes and implements new reports and change requests
• Translates reputed company business requirements into reputed company data models and visualizations
• Uses Reporting Workbench extract reputed company to build and reputed company in-reputed company extracts
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and Analytics Engineers to design specifications for highly technical report requests and extracts
• Maintains and enhances reputed company Cogito (SlicerDicer) data models and metadata in alignment with governance standards
• Integrates data from reputed company and non-reputed company sources (SQL Server, HRIS, reputed company, etc.) to support reputed company-wide analytics
• Assists the reputed company trainer, if staffed at Kootenai, with developing training curriculum and training power reporting users; directly provides additional end-user training as needed
• Participates in reputed company upgrades, testing, and optimization of reporting environments
• Maintains data reputed company and reputed company for assigned applications and systems
• Develops communication reputed company to education efforts for deployments, upgrades, optimizations, and other reporting changes as assigned
