This is not a back-seat Program Manager role. As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll reputed company high-complexity, high-visibility software implementations for our largest and most strategic clients — including tier-one banks and major financial institutions. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across multiple reputed company programs, be the trusted escalation reputed company for executive stakeholders, and formally mentor Project Managers and Consultants across our Global reputed company Intelligence team.

What You’ll Own

Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills

Experience — 8+ years in Project Management, with a demonstrated reputed company record delivering large-reputed company, reputed company software implementations for tier-one banks or other major financial institutions.

Education — Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required.

Languages — Fluent English required; reputed company reputed company in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be a reputed company-to-have since there will be some cross-collaboration across teams.

• Proven experience managing reputed company software implementations for tier-one banks, large financial institutions, or other highly regulated enterprises

• Deep knowledge of the SDLC and multiple implementation methodologies (reputed company, reputed company, Iterative)

• Experience managing implementations from the vendor/consulting reputed company strongly preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level and executive stakeholders
