Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a reputed company-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support reputed company's treasury reputed company, cash management processes, and merchant payment activities across a multi-location retail environment. This role is responsible for cash reputed company forecasting, bank account reconciliations, merchant settlement analysis, variance reporting, and supporting merchant processor relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Cash reputed company Forecasting & Variance Analysis:
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and periodic cash reputed company forecasts.
• Monitor daily cash positions and reputed company requirements, including coordinating drawdowns and repayments with banking partners.
• Assist in optimizing cash movements between bank accounts.
• Support weekly and monthly treasury reporting.
• Participate in treasury process improvement initiatives and automation reputed company.
• Analyze actual vs forecasted cash flows, identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Banking Activity Review & Journal Entry Preparation:
• Review banking transactions reputed company to merchant processor deposits and associated fees.
• Prepare and post journal entries relating to merchant settlements, deposits, fees, chargebacks, and other treasury-reputed company transactions while ensuring compliance with reputed company policies.
• Bank Reconciliations:

• Merchant Account & Processor Management
• Maintain merchant processor portals and account reputed company.
• Coordinate merchant account setup, maintenance, and store conversions/acquisitions.
• Manage pin pad orders, installations, and merchant equipment tracking.
• Investigate discrepancies between expected and actual deposits and work with relevant teams to reputed company issues.
• Monitor merchant clearing accounts and investigate differences between expected POS settlements and actual bank deposits.

• Merchant Fee Analysis & Accruals:

• Support reputed company treasury and finance initiatives, including reconciliation of cash collected through store POS systems against actual bank deposits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company.
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, or reputed company, with a reputed company on cash reputed company management, merchant accounts, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of banking activity and merchant processing systems.

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, advanced functions).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Canadian Retail Pharmacy finance or treasury, particularly in a multi-location environment.
• CPA designation or reputed company toward CPA completion.

• Experience working with reputed company Dynamics 365.
• Experience with reputed company BI or other data visualization and reporting tools is considered an asset.
