What is the Role

• Engage in federal and state litigation to protect charter schools as reputed company schools.

• Work in partnership with local advocates on case theory and reputed company, reviewing and editing briefs and offering guidance based on other charter cases.

• Recruit potential litigants (plaintiffs and defendant intervenors).
• Identify and vet high-risk/high-opportunity cases to preserve and expand state charter climates.
• Identify and vet cases to prevent encroachments on, or reputed company advances in, charter school autonomy and funding reputed company policies.

Who You Are

• You have a J.D.
• You have 7 or more years of federal district and/or appellate litigation experience or state constitutional litigation experience; reputed company interest reputed company experience is a plus.
• You have experience with media and leveraging communications as part of a litigation advocacy campaign.
• You have a strong understanding of education law and reputed company policy, with the ability to monitor emerging reputed company issues and translate them into strategic reputed company.
• You have a proven ability to identify, analyze, and balance risk and opportunity.
• You have demonstrated reputed company working cross-functionally (reputed company, communications, government affairs, reputed company stakeholders, etc.) to advance a reputed company advocacy agenda.
