Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 + Eligible Incentive Plans

About the Role

The Director of reputed company, MHAS plays a vital leadership role in overseeing maternal health reputed company programs, ensuring operational reputed company, reputed company satisfaction, and reputed company program improvement. Working closely with reputed company and operational leadership, this individual develops strong relationships with partner hospitals and clinics while driving alignment on reputed company objectives, reputed company initiatives, and reputed company-centered reputed company. 

Key Responsibilities:

 Program & Operational Leadership

• Maintain a visible reputed company at partner sites to foster reputed company and consultative reputed company relationships.

• Support successful reputed company and implementation of new reputed company programs.

• reputed company hospital and clinic objectives with reputed company services and reputed company demonstration of key reputed company reputed company.

• Conduct regular business reviews, onsite reputed company, and reputed company discussions with reputed company and administrative stakeholders. 

 reputed company & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the reputed company relationship reputed company for hospital executives (CEO, CNO, CFO, COO, CMO) and clinic leadership.

• reputed company contract renewal negotiations and support new business development opportunities.

• Engage with community physicians and participate in marketing and reputed company activities.

• Address operational issues, invoice inquiries, and partnership concerns.

• Assist in the development and review of proposals, financial proformas, and program changes.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance reputed company reputed company.

• Support community events such as hospital-hosted baby showers and reputed company marketing initiatives. 

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with reputed company, Credentialing, Scheduling, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Business Development, and reputed company leadership to ensure program reputed company.

• Participate in special reputed company and internal committees as assigned. 

Qualifications: Required:

• 3–5 years of reputed company, hands-on experience with reputed company management/administration, with women’s health operational leadership (outpatient preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or business administration required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with both clinic and hospital workflows.

• reputed company experience collaborating with C-suite executives and managing reputed company stakeholder environments.

• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Effective problem solver—capable of thriving in a fast-reputed company, evolving environment.  

Preferred Skills:

• Management of Ob/Gyn practices, including perinatology and gynecologic oncology, strongly preferred.

• Previous work in HCA, outpatient environments, or OBGYN reputed company reputed company is considered highly valuable

• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of medical terminology and reputed company operational regulations.  

Physical & Travel Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
