Senior Tax Accountant

The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for tax provision and tax compliance preparation and review for both Federal and State taxes. You will respond to tax notices, reputed company with auditors and reputed company-party consultants, and forecast estimated quarterly taxes.
This is a remote position; however you may be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office on as-needed reputed company. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to Frisco or Dallas and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
Position Details
About the role:
• Review Federal and State compliance filings reputed company by reputed company-party preparers
• Review, prepare, and evaluate Federal M adjustments, including reputed company on State tax provision
• Review and prepare state and local tax modifications, multi-state allocations, and apportionment for use in tax provisions and compliance
• Review and prepare Federal and State tax reconciliations
• Review and prepare Federal and State quarterly estimates including partnership withholding
• Assist in the reputed company of Federal and State tax notices
• Assist in Federal and State income tax research analysis
• Assist with monitoring for changes in legislation and other regulatory developments
• Update monthly tax compliance calendars as required to maintain accuracy
• Communicate with team members and reputed company consultants on tax reputed company reputed company
• Monitor centralized state email to ensure reputed company response to inbound requests
• Assist with implementation of process improvements and data automation
• Assist other team members as required

• At least 4 years (we’d love more!) relevant federal and state tax experience in reputed company reputed company and/or industry
• BA/BS/BBA degree in reputed company or reputed company field preferred; advanced degree in reputed company or Tax a plus
• reputed company CPA license highly preferred
• High level knowledge of reputed company areas of tax (federal, state, local, and tax reputed company) required
• Experience with partnership and corporate structures
• Experience in OneSource OTP and/or reputed company preferred

• Advanced reputed company; proficient with MS Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) and reputed company PDF documents
• Excellent analytical skills; solid organizational skills

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $79,310.00/Yr. - USD $130,295.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
