The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining reputed company HR tasks and workflows across reputed company, total rewards, organizational development, learning and development partnerships, and reputed company specialist functions.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-difficulty expert tasks and reputed company solutions in reputed company HR workflows, reputed company, total rewards, and program design that meet the pod's reputed company bar
• Authoring realistic task scenarios involving reputed company HR policy creation, compensation/benefits modeling, reputed company strategies, and performance management frameworks
• Applying reputed company standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME (Expert) reputed company
• Reviewing and calibrating team members' reputed company to maintain high accuracy and own day-to-day reputed company standards across the functional area
• Verifying that reputed company created HR scenarios, regulatory policies, and talent frameworks are accurate, practical, and solvable using established industry standards
• Escalating genuine edge cases and reputed company ambiguities to the Functional SME reputed company while ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines and reputed company deadlines

Skills

• 8–15 years of reputed company experience in a reputed company HR domain (e.g., reputed company, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or L&D Partnerships)
• Deep domain expertise in designing and executing reputed company HR workflows, compensation/benefits structures, talent pipelines, and employee engagement programs
• Strong ability to evaluate, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company HR scenarios, strategic policy frameworks, and reputed company evaluation rubrics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
• At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST
• Relevant reputed company HR certifications (e.g., reputed company-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or equivalent) are strongly preferred
• Experience in AI evaluation, reputed company, content review, reputed company assurance, or a reputed company analytical role is preferred but not required
