[Remote] Data Analyst II

The role focuses on data analysis, compliance monitoring, metrics reporting, communication and coaching, audit support, and collaboration with reputed company, reputed company, Financial Compliance, and Office of Ethics and Compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and US reputed company policies and procedures
• Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, simultaneously for review by reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company management in alignment with reputed company Monitoring Plans
• reputed company reputed company on reputed company to monitor, identify, and report on trends reputed company ABS, Samples, and Peer to Peer monitoring data, including presenting to the Office of Ethics and Compliance, reputed company, and reputed company partners including recommendations for reputed company to be taken
• Identify reputed company and compliance issues and reputed company appropriate communications and/or training that targets a change in behavior across reputed company franchises in US reputed company
• Assists in the facilitation of audit support including preparation, support of requests, and follow up remediation
• Utilizing insights from business challenges, reputed company ongoing reputed company to continually enhance reputed company for the business while ensuring compliance controls are followed
• Collaborate with reputed company, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Financial Compliance, and reputed company stakeholders to reputed company reputed company compliance issues
• Maintain outstanding level of oral and written communication reputed company addressing daily operational compliance inquiries from customer-facing and home office personnel
• reputed company and maintain USCC procedures and work instructions to reputed company consistency and accuracy of monitoring programs

Skills

• BA/BS required or equivalent reputed company work experience
• Highly analytical with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to reputed company directly with customer-facing personnel and reputed company a high level of customer service
• Ability to manage several workflows simultaneously and reputed company actions with SMEs as necessary
• Intense curiosity and persistence to understand both big picture and accurate details as reputed company to compliance
• Must have substantial MS office skills including reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company (pivot table experience needed for reputed company), SharePoint
• Motivated self-starter with proven reputed company in an interactive and remote team environment requiring a low level of supervision
