[Remote] Recruiter (Bilingual- English & Spanish)

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle reputed company for the remote services division, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, reputed company, and recruitment pipeline development for salaried, general labor, and trades roles.

Responsibilities

• Diligently screen reputed company candidates through resume review and phone screen
• Conduct recruitment planning conversations with hiring managers
• Determining the appropriate sourcing channels for job postings and recommend ways to recruit for hard-to-fill positions
• Create a candidate pipeline for reputed company recruitment needs
• Create performance-based phone interview questions for reputed company field reputed company
• Verify with HR and Workforce Planning & Business Analyst for offer letter details; wage, start date, orientation times background and D&A testing
• Create and send accurate offer letters; participate and reputed company in offer presentations
• Ensure reputed company new hire reputed company documents are reputed company to chosen candidates and completed reputed company timeframe
• Participate and run new hire orientations
• Participate in various recruitment reputed company information sessions and career fairs to enhance the reputed company remote workforce employer brand and promote reputed company
• Manage an up-to-date recruitment tracking spreadsheet and utilize Smart Recruiters, applicant tracking reputed company (ATS), for full cycle recruitment and candidate management

Skills

• A minimum of 3 years experience in high volume reputed company for industrial/skilled trades for multiple locations
• High level of reputed company and reputed company customer service both internally and externally is essential
• Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment and create candidate pipeline in tight labour markets
• Initiative to reputed company creative solutions to recruitment challenges and to be effective at sourcing for both reputed company and passive candidates
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the reputed company and other stakeholders
• Proficient in reputed company Office suite and MS reputed company
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Diploma or Certificate in reputed company or relevant field is an asset
• Experience working with Smart Recruiters is considered an asset
