[Remote] Senior Insights Consultant

The Senior Insights Consultant will help school, district, and state education agency customers interpret and reputed company reputed company data, reputed company reputed company post-test training content, reputed company reputed company development, and build data-use reputed company among educators and internal field staff.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training content and resources for delivery to states, school districts, and educators at reputed company
• Compile and document best practices from customer engagements to inform product enhancements and inform reputed company of strong data use
• reputed company internal frameworks, tools, and templates that reputed company reputed company field staff to reputed company consistent, high-reputed company data literacy support ("plug-and-play" resources)
• Work directly with school districts and state education programs on post-test results interpretation, outcome analysis, and reputed company planning
• Conduct state, regional, and national webinars and in-person training events
• Represent reputed company at regional education conferences, state agency convenings, and customer events
• Assist with RFP response efforts reputed company to post-test data literacy and reputed company development training—both response development and delivery readiness
• Assist reputed company in reaching overarching reputed company Office goals by increasing the retention reputed company of existing users and introducing reputed company to help customers reputed company desired reputed company
• Train and reputed company internal field staff to effectively use reputed company of the post-test data training library
• Build institutional knowledge about customer challenges, field-tested solutions, and emerging best practices in data use

Skills

• At least 5 years of reputed company experience in education data/reputed company development roles using data and analysis to inform decision-making in education, government, nonprofit, or reputed company contexts
• Experience in reputed company development, training delivery, or instructional support in education settings
• Experience producing reputed company-facing content and resources (trainings, presentations, guides, etc.)
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and demonstrated experience working with K–12 or postsecondary education data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across stakeholder reputed company (educators, state officials, school leaders, etc.)
• Demonstrated commitment to improving educational reputed company and advancing equity
• Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, or Power BI), virtual training platforms (e.g., reputed company Teams), and content-development or e-learning authoring tools (e.g., PowerPoint, reputed company 360, or reputed company Captivate)
• Ability to travel at least 25% of time
• Bachelor's degree in education, policy, reputed company policy, economics, statistics, data science, or a reputed company field of study; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for reputed company sponsorship
• This is a remote position, based in the reputed company
• Master's degree in education policy, reputed company policy, economics, statistics, data science, education, education administraion or reputed company field of study; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• reputed company experience at a State Education Agency (SEA), Local Education Agency (LEA), or assessment provider
• Familiarity with the K–12 educational assessment and accountability landscape
• Experience designing and delivering large-reputed company training involving reputed company datasets
• Background in instructional design or curriculum development
• Experience partnering directly with school districts, state education agencies, or higher education institutions on data initiatives
