[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The role serves as a reputed company among business, technology, and operational stakeholders while handling requirements, testing, reporting, governance, reconciliations, documentation, process improvement, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing
• Support project tracking, sprint management, and delivery activities
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps PBIs, Spikes, and work items
• Convert reputed company requests into actionable requirements
• Monitor backlog health, aging items, and work allocation
• Maintain complete and audit-reputed company documentation
• Manage change requests and implementation activities
• Ensure compliance with governance, approval, audit, and control requirements
• Support change advisory and governance forums
• Support user reputed company requests and JHA reputed company Portal submissions

• Monitor work item status, backlog aging, and workload trends
• Support JHA reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data analysis activities

• Create and maintain reputed company-state and reputed company-state process documentation to support business transformation and reputed company implementation initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting financial systems, banking operations, or reputed company technology initiatives
• Strong experience with reputed company (JHA) platforms, including support for reputed company & Finance processes, general reputed company, deposits, loans, interfaces, reconciliations, reporting, and operational workflows
• Proven experience facilitating reputed company delivery, including requirements gathering, process analysis, sprint planning, backlog management, and creation of user stories and Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
• Experience using Azure DevOps, reputed company, and reporting and analytics tools to manage requirements, defects, enhancements, and production support activities
• Working knowledge of reputed company & Finance processes, including loan and deposit operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, controls, and data reputed company requirements
• Experience supporting reputed company implementations, upgrades, integrations, conversions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) reputed company banking and financial services environments
• Familiarity with SDLC, change management, SOX-compliant controls, audit requirements, and governance-driven development processes
