The role focuses on retrieving and preparing clinical records, supporting physician and reputed company reviewers, maintaining documentation reputed company, and identifying operational improvements to enhance patient care and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company multiple Electronic Health Records (EHRs)/ Health Information Exchanges (HIEs)/portals to retrieve reputed company records and prepare charts for upcoming reputed company in an efficient, accurate and compliant manner
• Identify opportunities to reputed company reputed company resources, such as hospital records, reputed company reputed company, and payer data to support retrospective and prospective accurate documentation
• Maintain good communications and partnership with physician & reputed company reviewer teams
