Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of reputed company intake queues and case management reputed company for clients flagged as non-reputed company or "MIA reputed company"
• Conduct daily communications with reputed company intake vendors using standardized reputed company templates to request reputed company contact assistance and facilitate warm-transfers back to Case Managers
• Update case reputed company statuses and log reputed company communications in case history
• Evaluate non-reputed company cases and post-48-hour invalid cases to verify eligibility for refund or credit requests based on vendor timelines
• Coordinate drop approvals through executive drop review and Case Handlers
